What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 7-10 business days production time for your order to ship out. Business days are MONDAY-FRIDAY.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 10 business days please email us at designsby4kllc@gmail.com.
What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 7 days to send it back to us for an EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. Once we have received the product we will EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT IT TO THE EMAIL ON FILE. Please Include your name, address and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving an EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, no cancellation, no refunds. Make sure before you order, this product suits your needs.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm IMMEDIATELY after your purchase. Once you double check if the address input is wrong kindly notify us via email at designsby4kllc@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one IMMEDIATELY AFTER PURCHASE. Please make sure you input the correct address!!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary due to Covid-19. The average shipping time is 5-10 business days from confirmation shipping email.
